IP PBX and Call Centre Systems in Egypt
Supply, installation and programming of IP PBX and call centre systems — extensions, IVR, call recording and CRM integration.
A call nobody answers is a customer who went elsewhere. We deliver phone systems end to end: supply, installation, programming, handover.
What we install
- IP PBX, traditional and hybrid systems mixing landlines with internet calling
- Extensions per department, routed for working hours and after hours
- IVR menus, call queues and distribution across the team
- Call recording, with inbound, outbound and missed-call reports
- Mobile and desktop softphones, so staff keep their extension off-site
- CRM integration, so the customer's record opens as the phone rings
How we start
With a site visit: your current lines and operator subscription, extensions needed, and the cabling — call quality depends on the network before the hardware. You get a call-flow diagram and a written quote before anything is supplied.
What you get
A system tested call by call: the extension map, the IVR prompts as recorded, administrator credentials in your company's name, not ours, and training for the supervisor and team. The quote says which parts sit with us and which with the operator. After go-live, a support contract covers extension and queue changes and updates.
ZEMAVO Technology installs these systems from Maadi, Cairo. Send your headcount and current lines and we come back with a call flow and a quote.
FAQ
Does the phone system stop if the internet goes down?
The part that runs over the internet stops: outside calls over SIP, and anyone working away from the office. Internal calls between departments keep working if the PBX sits in your office and your network is up. That is why we ask on the first visit about a backup or landline route for outage hours, and price it in the quotation. If the system is fully cloud-hosted, an internet outage means no phones at all — we say so before the sale, not after.
Can the PBX be linked to whatever CRM we already use?
Not any system. Integration needs the CRM to expose an API or a ready-made connector for the PBX. Where that exists, the link is straightforward. Where the CRM is closed or old with no interface, the only route is a middleware layer — extra development with its own time and cost, and sometimes not worth it. We check your CRM before quoting and tell you which case you are in, rather than discovering it after delivery.
After installation, can we run the system ourselves or are we tied to you?
Administrator credentials are handed over in your company's name, and recordings stay on your side. Adding an extension, changing an IVR prompt or shifting the routing hours are things we train your supervisor to do without us. What usually stays with us is version upgrades, line problems with the operator, and larger changes to the call flow. If you end the contract, the system and its data remain yours.
